Cancellation and Refund Policy All cancellations must be notified at least 72 hours before the course date to be eligible for a full refund. Postponement and Reservation Changes If you are unable to attend your booked course, you may reschedule your participation to a later session, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 72 hours before the originally scheduled date. 4. Absences and Lateness Participants who are absent on the day of the course without prior notification will not be entitled to a refund or reschedule. Any significant delay may result in denial of access to the course without refund. 5. Force Majeure In the event of cancellation of the course by us for reasons beyond our control (force majeure, technical issues, etc.), participants will have the option of a full refund or rescheduling to a later date.
